Hey, for those of you who though that the N8 was going to be the first and last device on the Symbian^3 platform (check edit below)*, you’re in for a surprise. Engadget China has found that an HongKong based Magazine has got a hold of the Nokia C7 phone and they’ve done a hands on review of the device recently. Here are some of the key specs according to them:
- Symbian ^ 3 OS, running smoothly without any lags
- The phone features an 8 Megapixel camera, with 720p video capture and dual LED flash
- Micro-USB
- 3.5mm audio jack
- 3.3-inch screen with a 640X360 display, 1,670 million color, capacitive screen.
Stay tuned – we’ll have more info on the C7 as it rolls out. Follow us on Twitter we’re @myportableworld and visit our Facebook Fan Page.

Edit:A clarification on the subject of the N8 being the last device on the Symbian^3 platform, the Nokia folks mentioned that the N8 would be last N-Series device with the Symbian OS. Thanks to Tulsidaskhan99 for pointing that in the comments below.
